  • All orders are processed within 2-7 business days after the order is placed. Please note that processing time may vary depending on the product and the design customization you have chosen.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination. You will be able to see the shipping cost during the checkout process before you finalize your order.

Shipping Time:

  • Once your order has been processed, shipping time will depend on the shipping method selected during checkout and your location, usually 4-8 business days for Economy shipping (in the U.S.) or 3-5 business days for Standard shipping (in the U.S.). Estimated shipping times are provided at the checkout for your reference.

Shipping Methods:

  • We offer various shipping methods to accommodate your needs, including economy shipping and standard shipping. The availability of shipping methods may vary depending on your location.

  • Due to the customized nature of our print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
